Ian is still gone with Monica and Mickey tries to get over him by having sex with various people but to no avail. Fiona finally makes a choice in whether she wants to be with Gus or Sean- she picks Sean but is turned down and told to "grow up". Lip is publicly dumped by Amanda after he ignores her. She yells at him and storms out of a library screaming. Debbie and Fiona get into an argument and Debbie slips up and accidentally tells Fiona she might be pregnant. Fiona tells her shes getting an abortion if she is pregnant but Debbie screams and tells her that it's her life and Fiona has no say. Frank and Bianca are living it up in Costa Rica and are having a good time. Bianca then tells Frank to buy a gun and he does, only to have her play Russian roulette and Frank takes the gun from her. She later seems to be in a lot of pain and Frank tends to her. The next morning she is seen going into the ocean and never coming back; presumed dead. She leaves Frank and her family money. Ian and Monica visit her boyfriend; a teenage meth dealer. Ian then see's how horrible his life will be if he chooses to stay with Monica. Mickey is at home sleeping when he gets a call from Ian telling him that he's at home. Mickey runs over to the Gallagher household and is relieved to see Ian. Ian then starts telling Mickey that he is not broken and cannot be fixed. He asks Mickey if he still wants to be with him even if he doesn't take his meds and Mickey doesn't say anything. Mickey then tells Ian that he loves him but Ian is not willing to put a burden on Mickey if he wants to leave Ian in the future. Mickey then realizes that Ian is breaking up with him and he starts crying. They stand there staring at each other and as Mickey is about to say something; Sammi appears, with a gun. She calls Mickey's name and starts shooting at him and he runs while yelling at Sammi. Sammi follows him and police are seen chasing them. Fiona and Veronica go to see what is happening and they welcome Ian back with open arms. They go into the house and the episode ends. Later it is shown Ian and Lip in the van behind their house and Lip says he might be falling in love with his professor. Frank then shows up and says; "She's gone." Lip and Ian both laugh. Then Carl and Chuckie are shown in juvie and it looks as they're about to fight. The camera focuses on security guards and fighting noises are made as the guards run towards them. Debbie is shown using a pregnancy test but it is unsure whether or not she is pregnant.
