燃鹅我用的并不是win10

谢谢。
尝试了一下，没有效果。

建议先申请退款，然后下个硬盘版慢慢排错。

退款时限应该已经过了，没记错的话还是上次夏促打折买的。不过其实也不是很在意，并不是什么非要马上玩的游戏，以后有机会的话在慢慢研究吧。

建议联系游戏开发团队，附上 error log 用于排错。

#1 Dark Souls 2 Crashes on Launch
Many users out there are experiencing launch crashes for Dark Souls 2. The good news is that Namco Bandai has acknowledged the issues plaguing the game, and their team is working to resolve them as soon as possible.

In the meanwhile, if you are eager to start the game, you can try the following workarounds:

If you are an AMD user, it’s recommended that you enable GPU scaling from the Catalyst control panel. If that doesn’t work for you, try out the following workaround:

Select Dark Souls 2 in your Steam Games Library (don’t start it yet).
Now, unplug your DVI/HDMI (Display) cable.
Hit enter so that the game selected earlier can start (don’t worry about the display yet).
Once the game has started (you can be sure by listening sound on your headphone), plug the cable back in.
This way, you might be able to bypass the crash but it’s not sure to work. If this solves your problem, don’t forget to share with us in the comments below so that others can be benefited from it too.

And if none of the above mentioned workarounds work for you, you can also try the following to fix the issue:

You need to find GraphicsConfig.xml file in your %appdata%\DarkSoulsII folder.
After you have found it, open it in notepad.
You need to add/edit full screen command line so that it looks like:
<fullscreen>OFF</fullscreen>

This may make your game playable.
