不要靠近男人（尤其是没脑子又虚荣的男的），会变得不幸。
读的时候非常的有画面感，最后的感情戏也爆发的很好。
单论诡计放今天显然算不上惊艳，毕竟被“致敬”太多次了可见阿婆推理先锋性，最令人动容和称道的还是惨案包裹下的人性与爱情，阿婆太会写人了，整本书的故事人性把推理包装并结合的很精彩，波洛的心证推理总是直击要害。/8.3
不在场证明抄烂了很遗憾，在排除嫌疑人的过程中就能把手法想出来了，然而这其中的恶意才是令我佩服，比畅销君那本命名的小说强太多了，而且人物的人性也真实了太多，到最后感叹财富和爱情害得一个人太惨（只是阿婆最后又便宜了某小偷，有点东方快车的通病）
就手法来说中规中矩（当然考虑年代还是有时代先见性的），反倒是争夺财产的闹剧比较讽刺。

感觉故事架构设计跟长夜挺像，另外当面开枪还能给凶手跑掉多少有点说不过去了
阿婆的名篇，真的很好看。布局精妙，小说性和推理结合的很好，人物关系环环相扣，塑造各有特色。不过推理还差那么一点，逻辑性，诡计不够强，不过作为经典案例还是很厉害的。

阿加莎多次使用这个诡计，这本应该是其中安排最好并最结合故事的，影视改编也很出名。“Love is not everything, Mademoiselle...It is only when we are young that we think it is.”
