Scott reveals the truth about Victoria's actions to Allison and Derek discovers Erica's body. Boyd and Cora (Derek's sister) are under the influence of the full moon and are on a rampage through Beacon Hills. After saving a group of kids from Boyd and saving a camper from Cora; Derek, Isaac, and Scott agree to go to Chris Argent for help. Meanwhile, Lydia finds herself driving to a public swimming pool without realizing it and finds a dead boy, which causes her to call Stiles for help, who discovers that the dead boy was a virgin. With Chris's and Allison's help, they are able to trap Boyd and Cora in the boiler room of the high school, but unknown to them, Ms. Blake is trapped with them as well. Derek risks his life to save her and manages to keep Boyd and Cora busy until the full moon is over. Stiles tells Scott that he has made a connection between the dead boy and Heather (Stiles childhood friend), concluding that someone is killing virgins for a sacrifice. Sheriff Stilinski later discovers a third dead virgin.
