Jan (Sophie Thompson) and Graham (Steve Pemberton) ask childen's charity WishmakerUK to do something special for their terminally ill daughter's ninth birthday. The charity sends pop star Frankie J Parsons (David Bedella), but the party takes a grim turn when Frankie dies of an intracranial aneurysm while blowing up a balloon.
