Caroline insists on having a home birth in her bathtub. Shoshanna is finally offered a job which would require her to relocate to Tokyo; Scott begs her not to go saying he will "be in love with [her] soon." Ray tells Desi that he hates him and will never be good enough for Marnie. Later, Desi does not show up to he and Marnie's showcase and she performs solo. After realizing the baby is actually breeched, Caroline is taken to the hospital to give birth. After the baby is born, Adam and Hannah are alone in the incubation room where Adam confesses that he misses Hannah and says he wants her back. Hannah refuses. Later, Jessa returns to home where Shoshanna excitedly tells her she is moving to Japan. Six months later, Hannah is seen holding hands and kissing Fran walking down the street in winter.
