After being threatened by a man (Craig Gellis) outside her apartment, Isabelle (Sara Paxton) tells the TAU about a boyfriend, Oscar (J. D. Pardo), against whom she has a restraining order. After a threat from a group of people surrounding Lizzy's car, the TAU investigate a "Celestial" cult whose leader is a charismatic man named Abraham (Michael Landes). It turns out Isabelle's friend and neighbor Lucy (Samaire Armstrong) is a member of the cult. Meanwhile, Perry and Ray discuss plans for isolating Beth by removing members of her "family" (the TAU personnel), but Perry wants some ground rules. Ray's first victim is Amanda, as he slams her head against her car.
