Born on March 4th 1978, William Joyce is a renowned physicist with only one known relative, Jack Joyce. His parents died at a young age. Although undiagnosed, it is suspected in Monarch Solutions Narrative Objects that he likely suffers from schizophrenia, despite being highly intelligent. At the age of 19, he proposed the existence of the chronon field, and was the first person to build the first prototype of the time machine at the Riverport Swimming Pool. He worked with Paul Serene to build the time machine at the Meyer Physics Research Center and personally constructed the Countermeasure at the request of a future Beth Wilder to solve the Fracture and try to prevent the End of Time.
