Melanie, Victoria and Joy seek to get into a country club, and have a meeting with rubber magnate Jameson (Ed Asner), who has a connection to Elka. The girls then attend a party at the club attempting to obtain membership sponsors, where they learn that Artie (Jon Lovitz), the homeless man who almost became Joy's green-card spouse in season 2, is actually from a wealthy family. The girls also help Artie impress Preshi (Alex Borstein), a fellow country club member.
